  4. Ann. So sorry to hear about Bruce. I just found out. I’ll miss him pulling into Cardinal Ridge and joking about me mowing ALL the time. You are in my thoughts and prayers. If you need anything I’m only a few yards away. May you find comfort in knowing that he’s in the arms of the Lord.

  5. Mrs Behrens: we are so saddened by the loss of Bruce. This has been such a tragic loss for all of us who knew him, you and Lucas and Jason . Our hearts bleed for you and our Godchildren. Please know that we are there for you all at anytime of the day or night. He was a quiet, steady calm leader for our troop committee and I always knew his wisdom was something I could always trust and count on. Bruce will be missed but God has gained a new master carpenter to help him make heaven even more beautiful. We love you all!

  6. Behrens Family, My deepest sympathy to all of you for your loss. Bruce worked on my home in Upperville two years ago. He was kind, dependable, honest and very busy. He understood how I loved my home and treated it like it was his own. Enjoyed reading his obituary and seeing that he was a strong Christian. I did not know that, however, thinking about it I realized that Bruce’s eyes truly reflected HIS light and his humor touched the heart. I knew Bruce was a devoted husband and father as he spoke of his family frequently and with much pride. He will truly be missed. I hope that his memories and goodness will provide some comfort to all of you during this most difficult time. I also hope that the knowledge that Bruce is with our Creator gives you peace. Blessings, Sandy Bushue

  7. We are very sorry for your loss and are so saddened and shocked to hear of his passing! We were blessed by Bruce (and his able assistants Donnie and Donnie Jr.) in our home for the past three years. Together, they completed beautiful carpentry work that will last for many generations. We admired his skill, his knowledge, his gentle manner and his kind and heart felt smile. He was a true craftsman and had a gift to articulate what needed to be done and how he would proceed. We will miss the twinkle in his eye and will always have such fond memories.
Our love and prayers to you all!
