Aaron Michael Blackburn

September 26, 1985 - March 24, 2018

Aaron Michael Blackburn, 32, of Springfield, WV passed away Saturday, March 24, 2018 as a result of injuries sustained from a motor vehicle accident.  Born September 26, 1985 in Morgantown, WV, he was the son of Mark B. Blackburn and Kelly L. Blackburn.

Aaron is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather and best friend, William J. Horn, Sr. and by his paternal grandparents, Arthur and Ruby Blackburn.

In addition to his mother and father, Aaron leaves behind his twin sister, Ashlee N. Blackburn and companion Tommy of Romney; and his brother and sister whom are twins, Shaun B. Blackburn, Sr. and wife April of Augusta and Heather L. Chaney and companion Doug of Romney.  His maternal grandmother, Beverley A. Horn of Springfield.  Also surviving is his mother’s fiancé, Doug Whitmore as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.  He will be greatly missed by his best furry friend, Jeb.

Aaron had a heart of gold.  He would have given the shirt off his back to anyone in need, even if it meant him doing without.  He will be missed terribly by his family and friends.

A memorial service for Aaron will be held at the Community Bible Assembly of God Church, located on Poland Hollow Rd., on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at 11:00 AM with Dan Dennison officiating.  Interment will be private.
